Some of the characters seem really irrelevant and hate to mention this but the extras are always the same. Sadly when the end came to be, it was pretty disappointing as if they tried to add drama in between the two characters rather than having actual drama. You would expect the two main characters to be together for at least 20 minutes of the 30 minutes each episode. If I watched this drama without knowing the story, I would still dislike it. The quality is of course sacrificed in the making of this drama. The most unenjoyable thing about this drama is the in-game looks. Some of the original characters are either combined or written out with other characters in order to make the story flow. A lot of the details were skipped in order to get the overall story through. For a short amount of time, it's expected that the story will be rushed. It a summary of the OG As expected in a Japanese drama, they are all 30 minutes per episode. I don't recommend watching this unless you're extremely bored.

Even the Chinese movie version was better smh. Academy Award winners Russell Crowe and Renee Zellweger star in the triumphant true story of a boxer who fights to win a second chance for his family and bec. It's kind of annoying and frustrating because it had so much potential. It's dissatisfying to watch compared to its Chinese drama counterpart.

I understand that Japan's tv slot time is different, but this was just irritating. All of the episodes are less than half an hour long, so everything is rushed, speed up and non of the details from the original plot is shown. I've seen what Japan can do, but I think this production just has low budget. I'm not putting all of the blame on the actors/actresses but the director, acting teachers and the scriptwriter could've done a better job in guidance.Įverything else/comparing to the Chinese versions: All of them act the same and the dialogue is boring. There should be a fine line between each characters, but non of them have a basic and distinctive characteristic that belong to a specific character. The characters are less manly/feminine and that shift made me so confused. (Oh, the butterflies in the Chinese version!) It was just so disappointing. All my expectations just went drastically downhill, because I was looking forward to the scene where the couple has a conversation before the basketball match, after they meet officially for the first time. The characters don't give me butterflies and the acting is dead.
